It does not replace professional firearms instruction, range safety procedures or applicable laws.

Users remain solely responsible for:
- Safe firearm handling
- Following the Four Universal Rules of Firearm Safety
- Ensuring firearms are unloaded when performing dry-fire practice
- Following all range rules
- Complying with applicable local laws
ParaBellum does not assume responsibility for injuries, property damage or legal consequences arising from misuse of firearms or the app.
4. No professional advice
The app provides informational and performance analysis tools only.
Nothing in the app constitutes legal, tactical, medical or professional firearms instruction.
5. User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
6. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the app.
You grant ParaBellum a limited licence to store and process that content solely for providing the services.
7. Intellectual property
All software, graphics, logos, text, designs and content provided within the app are the property of ParaBellum or its licensors.
You may not:

- reverse engineer
- redistribute
- sell
- sub-licence
except where expressly permitted by law.
8. Availability
We strive to keep the app available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Features may change, be modified or discontinued without prior notice.
9. Beta features
Certain functionality may be marked as beta or experimental.
Beta features may contain bugs and are provided "as is."
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ParaBellum shall not be liable for:
